OFFICIAL RULES – EXPERT LASH INTERNATIONAL ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIP

🔸 1. GENERAL PARTICIPATION RULES

1. Each participant must submit a work created exclusively for this competition.
• The work must not have been previously posted on social media, websites, online platforms, or other competitions.
• It is strictly forbidden to use a work previously created or judged in another championship.
• Posting the submitted work is allowed only after the official end of the competition and after results are published.

2. Each work must be created personally by the participant.
• Works created by someone else will result in immediate disqualification.
• Organizers reserve the right to request additional materials to verify the authenticity of the work.

🔸 2. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS & CATEGORY SPECIFICATIONS

Classic 1D

• Accepted curls: B, C, CC or combinations
• Colors: black, dark brown, light brown (or combinations)
• Thickness: 0.10 / 0.07 (or combinations)
• Lengths: up to 4–11 mm

Volume 2–3D

• Accepted curls: B, C, CC, L, M or combinations
• Colors: black, dark brown, light brown (or combinations)
• Thickness: 0.07 / 0.085 (or combinations)
• Lengths: 4–11 mm

Soft Volume (4–7D / Russian Volume)

• Thickness: 0.07 / 0.06 / 0.05 (or combinations)
• Colors: black, dark brown (or combinations)
• Curls: B, C, CC, L, M or combinations
• Lengths: 4–11 mm

Mega Volume (+7D)

• Thickness: 0.06 / 0.05 / 0.03
• Colors: black or very dark brown (or combinations)
• Curls: C, CC or combinations
• Lengths: 4–11 mm

Special Effects

• Accepted curls: J, B, C, CC, D, D+, L, M or custom curls
• Accepted colors: black, dark brown, light brown, or combinations
• Allowed effects:

✨ Originality, harmony between effect and model’s facial features, and precision of execution will be evaluated.

🔸 3. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTED MATERIALS

All photos and videos must be clear, well-lit, and without any digital editing (no filters, retouching, color correction, or blur).

📸 Mandatory Photos

1. 1. Before – frontal: model looking directly at the camera, without makeup and no products around the eye area.

1. 1. After – lying down: same position, after lash application.

1. 1. Before – detail: close-up shots – model looking frontal and then looking upward (2 photos).

🎥 Mandatory Videos

1. 1. Before video: model lying down, eyes open, clear close-up showing natural lashes (two videos: one frontal, one upward gaze).

Natural or studio lighting is mandatory.
Penalties apply for: reflections, shadows, incorrect angles, or makeup on the lash area.

🔸 4. MATCHING THE MODEL WITH THE CHOSEN STYLE

The model must reflect the artistic intention and chosen lash style.

Examples:
• Model with soft features, blonde hair, light eyes → natural / soft effect.
• Model with strong features, dark hair, dark eyes → dramatic / mega volume effect.

Harmony between facial features, style, lengths, and intensity will be evaluated.

🔸 5. CONSEQUENCES OF RULE VIOLATIONS

• Copied, reused, or previously posted works → immediate disqualification.
• Missing mandatory materials → work will not be accepted for judging.
• Digital editing, filters, falsifying information, or makeup on the lash area → permanent ban from future editions.

🔸 6. SUBMISSION OF THE WORK

• All materials must be submitted in .jpg / .mp4 format via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
• File names must follow the format: Name_Surname_Level_Category_Before/After
• Submitting the materials confirms that the participant has read and accepted the Official Rules.

• 1–3 photos of an individual fan already applied on the model’s eye, separated from the rest of the lashes, so that its symmetry is clearly visible.

You may submit either only the mandatory photos and videos or add extra materials as well, up to a maximum of 25 photo/video elements per work.

🔸 7. GRAND PRIX PRIZE – 1000€

• The Grand Prix winner (1000€) will be the single participant with the highest total score after judging.

• To increase their chances of winning, participants are encouraged to register for as many categories as possible, or even all categories suitable for their level of experience.

• Each category can be purchased individually and may be entered multiple times, with a maximum limit of 8 categories per participant.

• Participants who do not perform Lash Lift procedures may replace this category with any other available category, according to their experience level and preferences.

• The Grand Prize of €1000 will be awarded to one single participant, the one who achieves the highest total cumulative score following the judging process
